Usually this happens because the person is grabbing too hard an you have to use more force than normal, in my class me grab lighter and try not to injure our partners, like my instructor says "don't break your toys" , best thing is Probably ice and ibuprofen
I was traning for krav maga but after when i was done my wrists and arms hurt like hell and still do it feels like i cracked my bones i mean i didn't hit them or anything... Anybody knows why? And how to ease the pain a bit? Thanks
