He started training at the age of 21. Granted he already had previous wrestling training.
He debuted in october 7 ,2006... he was a great wrestler later became a bjj black belt...if you want to get started join the wrestling team at your highschool..maybe learn bjj in the off season and box if you can...dont just jump at mma first chance you back you need some kind of base if you dobt theres realy nothing to work off of
