Whats the best fighting styles for streer fighting?

What style or mixture of styles would be the best if u got attacked or got in to a fight on the street

I think that no martial or fighting style would be perfect for a street fight. Although they can give you a slight advantage . martial arts are good as a sport when there are rules where in street fights there are no rules you may fight someone with a knife or any other weapon or he may bring his friends . so the best option is to avoid the fight in the first place . if you couldn't then run away and if you have to fight then be careful and use striking styles ( boxing taekwondo or muay thai for example) rather than grappling styles ( like Judo or bjj ) to keep some distance away from your opponent.

I would recommend becoming a black belt in walking away. What I have noticed is that most people fight because they want to prove something. But trust me you won't get any "street cred" for it. No one actually gives a $hit.

Besides there are about 1000 of these questions and they all have more or less the same answer.

I agree walk away, but if you have to fight its good to know something, so Mauy Thai, Judo, Krav Maga would be my top picks, mix two together (basically Mauy Thai and Judo) and you'll be unstable, you may to ask how to disarm a person of a gun or knife in those classes though!!

Never submit has an interesting point so learn hand defense like Kajukenbo.

Pipe, 2x4, chain, knife, sword, firearm.... there are no rules in a "street fight" you put the other guy down before he puts you down.... any way it takes to get him down and keep him down.... if you are not ready to kill... or be killed... they you should be a very fast runner...... take track and field... not hong-kong-pfooy
