Whats a good workout for a bouncer?

well if u r tall that will be a boost start but if u r not i suggest a 3-4 day per week workout, one big (chest/back/legs) muscle group and one smaller (biceps/triceps/shoulders) muscle group every workout, u should rest ur muscles a day after workouts. since u say ur skinny i dont think u need to do abs. do chest and biceps tpgether triceps and back, legs and shoulders. dont do cardio more than a day per week and make it last half an hout AT MOST. do around 3 moves for every group, increase weights every set, do aabout 3-4 sets each move.

You should watch Road House with Patrick Swayze.

This is the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard. You do not need size to be a bouncer. firstly you will not be doing it alone anyway and reputation gets around about bouncers anyway so size means nothing. The element of surprise lies with a smaller person.

I am a 5'6 120lb female who was 18-19 years old when i was a bouncer.

Drunk people in the club don't care about intimidating looks. It actually edges a drunk person on, when they see a person that looks tough. The best exercise is owning a punching bag and giving it everything you got, at least 30 minutes a day. Practice pushing the bag real hard, punching it, kicking it, slapping it, etc.

I also recommend taking walks or bike rides, even if it's up and down the street.

"Focus is the key to fighting."

Most fights can be avoided. Then there's fights that take sheer determination.

To be blunt,

"Kill... Kill... Kill..." - hahaha

my friend wants me to be a bouncer for his club since he knows i can handle myself well but the thing is im kinda skinny and i need a intimidating look so that i don't have to use "excessive force" to keep these people in check
