What style of martial arts should I do?

Stop asking yourself the question "What should I train?" and ask yourself "What is available in my area and what is off high quality?".

You can take whatever classes you want.

I suggest BJJ (arm bars, triangle chokes, and basically anything on the ground that'll make the person tap out), and something like Muay Thai. I've taken Muay Thai and they teach you about where to hit to down people, different combos and it's really hard work but rewarding.

Wrestling

Hi I am a 15 year old almost 16 and I am obsessed with fighting. I really want to take some kind of martial arts, but I don't know anything about it. I know there are different styles so if i signed up for lessons will it be focused on one style or a variety. I really like the idea of fighting with weapons but i want to learn physical fighting too. Will I have to take more than one type of classes? I'm also worried that I won't have time for lessons as well. I am in band at my school and we have practices in early in the morning, Monday nights, random after school sectionals, and games on Fridays with the occasional Thursday. My mom said I would be to busy, but that was back when I played softball but I quit and I was thinking of good ways to keep fit that is also fun. I am interested in competing if that helps any and I really am interested. Thank you for the help.
