I always encouraged my female students to wear a sports bra and maybe a leotard top as gis have a tendency to pillow open or sometimes get pulled partially off or disheveled some if you are working on certain things. That way a female student does not have to worry about exposing something and its pretty hard for the guys to get distracted since there is not any chance of seeing much of anything and everyone then can more easily focus on their training.
I wear a white top and a white bra under my gi. So do most the other girls I've met. Probably best if you don't wear a vest top/low cut top though. Sometimes guy's find that distracting so keep it reasonably modest. Have fun,hope this helps.

I have been doing martial arts since i was 7 years old. When i first started i wore a white tanktop under my white gi. I wear a black gi now and am 15 so i wear a black sports bra
This may be a guy's perspective, but whatever you're comfortable wearing. I would suggest that you keep it white regardless of what you choose to wear, though. For males, it's sometimes considered inappropriate to wear a shirt under the Gi (depending on the school). Since that's obviously not the same concern for you, I'd at least try to make whatever it is both comfortable and white to match the Gi so that it doesn't draw attention.
