If it focuses around one particular character, underdog figure overcoming adversity in pursuit of respect and recognition, ultimately triumphant, maybe it could be "Mixed Martial Arts: Mixed Martial ME". I'm just throwing that out there off the top of my head. I know it doesn't sound great, but more detail about the storyline would help to be more creative.
I would go with Little Overlords or Tiny Juggernauts or Ultimate Kid Fighter or Ultimate Kid Fighting Championship or Boys and Girls Fight Club.
