What other MMA promotions are there?

Well, there aren't going to be any true MMA promotions that don't have "wrestling and getting into holds" because that's what differentiates MMA from plain old kickboxing.

But as far as other organizations go, you have Shooto, BAMMA, Cage Rage, Pancrase, Pride FC, the IFL, One FC, Art of War, Icon Sports/Rumble on the Rock, Elite XC, Strikeforce, WEC, King of the Cage, Jungle Fight, DEEP, and Sengoku, to name a few. Many of those are defunct now.

I would encourage you to learn more about the grappling aspect. It's a really enjoyable aspect of MMA once you understand it.

Outside of MMA, if you prefer striking, there's always K-1 and Glory, which are kickboxing promotions. There's also Sanda, which is basically kickboxing with throws, and Shoot Boxing, which is kickboxing with standing submissions. There's also full-contact karate, for a different flavor; the primary source is Kyokushin.

You can find all of these to some degree on Youtube.

Look up CMT John Wayne Parr on YouTube. Its full thai rules but with mma gloves on and in a cage. Its John Wayne Parr's promotion he's a multi time world champion thai boxer that has trained goerges st pierre, Brendan vera, ross pearson and many more mma guys.

Glory World Series kickboxing

word series of fighting, one fc,m1, ksw, invita, legacy theres a bunch

If you prefer, there is always http://www.giochiwrestling.it/

I want to get into it but when the guys start wrestling and getting into holds I just find that boring, I prefer the standing up and striking bits of it. I have tried UFC and Bellator but what others are there?
