What martial arts would fit this description?

If you think you like wing chun try to find a good school teaching it. It may or may not be in your area. Regardless we can't do your work for you. You need to visit your local schools to see what is taught and how the teach then find the best place for you. Choose the best instructor that will help you meet your personal goals.

As a person that has trained over 30 years I suggest that people do not choose a style. They should choose an instructor.

Taekwondo lol there are lots of Taekwondo gym and it seems like youre practicing for fitness and self defense so Taekwondo is a good choice ITF Taekwondo though

One thing, wing chun can be great but most of it is crap. So proceed with caution

what description, that is so vague that it fits several thousand styles, find a styles with a good instructor thats what matters in the end

Me or anyone else suggesting something is pointless. Like everyone else you are limited to what is available in your area and what is off high quality.

Jeet Kune Do.

I would like to start to learn a martial art, and was wondering which ones might fit my description. I was thinking more of a Wing Chun/ Bruce Lee type of art, not a Brazillian Jiu Jitsu or Judo type where ground fighting is involved for the most part. One last thing. What would be the best deal or proper cost for lessons. Thank you!
