Drunken fist
So I'm now 19 so still quite fit, I have previously done 10 years of gymnastics reaching an advanced level and was doing taekwondo for about two years- I reached blue belt before I stopped. I now want to try something effective (attack or defense I don't mind) but something that is also quite acrobatic.
My best attributes are probably my speed and flexibility so what do you guys think is the right MA for me?
