bokken doesnt have a style, it would be a kenjitsu style. and there are over 600 of them. you need to see which ones are available in your area.

I don't want a generalized answer like: "It really depends on your preference on what style of bokken you want to use."

I mean in your own opinion, what koryu style of bokken will you use?

*I got an experience where I brought my Niten Ichi Ryu daito bokken during practice and my senpai ridiculed it and said that it is like a plywood bokken because of its thinness. He told me that I should just get a thicker bokken for durability purpose during contact sparring practice.
