What do I need to train/learn to fight tough?

Anger management. It will help you avoid that out of control state you get into and will help you avoid fighting altogether. Stay away from alcohol until you address the issue, as alcohol makes that problem even worse. I'm not saying this to be a jerk. I'm saying it because the signs you just laid out point directly to issues with anger and self control. The ability to control one's emotions and thoughts, or more accurately acknowledge them and let them pass, is one of the marks of a true warrior.

I'm a boxer and you seem to want to learn these things for the wronged reasons. Boxing is a sweet science with a rhythm as beautiful as a painting. You just want to hurt people clearly in places that are not meant for competition fighting. Like you said you're only 14, and you have a lot of time to wise up.

school is place where you get your education or have a degree and not breeding ground for gladiators. do your parents a favor kiddo.

I've been in a couple school fights. I've lost and win. But what if I get in a bar fight or in a street fight? What do I need to learn? MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, Kung-Fu, Taekwondo?

I'm not talking like Batman Style. But something that will make my reflexes duck every move the other fighter makes and I hurt him pretty bad. And also be able to fight 2 or 3 people at the same time.

I'm 14 years old, so by the time I reach 17-18 I'd be more advanced.
