Weightlifting Vs Food?

Eat carbohydrates and drink water every 1-2 hours starting before the exercise, then drink milk, eat proteins, or meat afterwards when exercise is done. That should help reduce your body's hunger by allowing the exercise to burn up the carbs, and the protein to rebuild the muscles.

But the whole point in weigh lifting for younger males is that it builds body mass and causes you to gain weight. If you don't want to gain weight, then reduce number of repetitions.

252 pounds isn't abnormal for a weight lifter at 6 feet 2 inches. Testosterone levels at younger male ages will develop muscle faster due to stimuli.

I'm not an expert but I would suggest drinking a lot of water and eating lots of fruits and veggies.

Eat sensible, and try a natural diet with fruits and vegges. Apples can be quite filling. and beans supply natural proteins

If you believe in food does it become UNSANITARY?

I eat too much as it is but if I do normal exercise and no weights then I keep it down to a reasonable level. Whenever I start lifting again I start eating uncontrollably so I am gaining muscle and fat mass and have been getting very heavy. Its not good for my Body at all though I can't find a way to Weight-lift and eat a sensible amount. Any suggestions? (I am 20 6' 2" and currently weigh 18 stone)
