Weight lifting is only about making your body fit and stuff but wont help you in a fight, maybe if you get lucky and punch the guy but i bet you will be slow, someone who is thin and trains Muay will take you down in 2 mins or so and leave you there like a dead tree... take both but i believe if you take Muay will be better as it will make u fit and athletic at the same time a good fighter.

Useful for what? You are talking about two completely different worlds. Weight lifting is not the same as fighting and fighting is not the same as weight lifting.

i stuck between the two, i dont know which one to chose. my goal is to get strong and very fit. i would do both but i could do only one so i have to chose. which one is more useful in everyday life?
