when you can see your mistakes
im 15 and I do boxing I just wanted to know when Im gonna see my abs more and shoulder definition, chest ,triceps and bicep all these muscle are covered in slight fat. my wheight was 55kg I lost 3 and half kg but I don't do weights but I don't loads of ground work and cardio all fitness related stuff I use weight only for shadow boxing and lateral exercise. im on good diet aswell so how long will it take to see result AND WHAT DO I HAVE TO ADD TO SEE RESULTS.
