Poverty breeds the best fighter. Because it makes you more desperate to acquire the tools to survive. It's the difference between fighting and being hood because it amuses you, but you have options, and being a hood because it's the difference between you and your family starving. U.S poverty is no where near Brazilian Poverty.
So I'd say the Favela.
