Training program beneficial for MMA?

A training program beneficial for you should be scaled personally to you to strengthen your weaknesses. There is no one size fits all and what soandso does will be great for me too. Talk to your instructor and get his input where he thinks you need work to become better. After all that is what you pay tuition for.

There are no real benefits, MMA is more of a fad losing steam. Boxing is much more beneficial then MMA will ever be.

As long as you don't over do it, it can only help

I practice practice MMA about 5 times a week and do strength and conditioning 2 times a week. So I train every day. Since I have School break now for a month, I was thinking of doing additional strength and conditioning in the gym before 3 of my MMA practices.

However I can’t think of a good exercise-plan that is beneficial for MMA and I also suck at nutrition, eating right and so on. So I would be thankful if anyone could help me with a basic program based on everything I do.

A little info about me:

Male, 17 years old (almost 18), 5’8, 70KG (154LBS). About a year ago, I weighted about 81KG (178LBS). Then I decided to loose all fat and extra crap, so I just started training hard, running, pushing myself, just doing primitive training and not caring about eating right, overtraining and all that. It worked I lost allot of weight, but I still seem to loose weight to this day and I’m guessing it’s because I train everyday and don’t eat enough.

Mondays: Muay Thai, Tuesdays: MMA (Wrestling based), Wednesday: Muay Thai, Thursday: MMA (Wrestling based), Fridays: Hill training, Saturdays: MMA (Grappling), Sundays: Strenght and conditioning (Circuit training). (All of my workouts are highly intense)

Please help me with the exercises I can do on the workouts I’m planning on adding and also a good nutrition program.
