There is about 1000 questions just like this and I promise you everyone has the same answer.

Your never to old to do a sport! Maybe for mma when it starts to hurt when you bend your knees or arthritis then maybe it's not such a good idea but at 18 it's a great time to start! At my boxing club there are 40 years olds just starting out, the only problem you may have is time constraints due to exams etc

yes your too old... sarcasm

my oldest student started at over 65

one of my instructors who still competes in full contact just turned 60 this weekend

so what do you think

The so called friends put me in a helicopter to trans verc land.

Mate you're ready, get in there and do it! never to old.

Hi,

I'm 18 years old, currently in my last year of college before uni (in September) and I was wondering whether I'm too old to get involved in MMA/Martial arts, I'm interested in Wing Chun and Mixed Martial Arts to gain strength and self-defense.

I currently go to a gym 2-3 times a week to get fitter and stronger (upper body strength/core muscles).

I was also wondering whether it would be worth it as I know that people tend to get their children in to martial arts at a young age so that they can get a bit more out of their free time as well as start gaining strength at a younger age.

Please could someone give me some advice in to what I should do?

Thanks,

Rish
