Besides going to see a doctor, and wearing a knee support for the bad knee, you should look into making your left leg more flexible. Check out this video I did about learning the splits. But be warned: you will need to go extra slowly and be very careful because of your knee.

When ever I do a roundhouse with my left leg, i feel pain in my knee, but when i stop the pain goes away. I don't experience the pain in my right knee. I'm fairly certain im using correct form. What is wrong with my knee and how can i fix it?
