Should i finish taekwondo?

If you really want to go back, talk to your instructors and let them know how much you have forgotten. Don't train for black belt for now, and train to regain the knowledge you lost over the past 4 years. It should come back to you relatively quickly. Also, a black belt really only means that you have learned all the BASICS of that art and are ready for your real training and exploration of the art to begin. A black belt is a start, not an end.

If you are lazy as you say then why are you even thinking about going back? Either you want to go back enough to really go train, or you don't. Make up your mind. The world is full of people that can't make up their mind about things. They don't get anywhere because they start things only to quit.

That said your comment using the word "finish" is really confusing and alien to those of us that have studied martial arts for years. finish it the way you use it implies that you think that getting a black belt is completion of its study. Let me assure you that once a person attains a black belt the real work begins. At black belt you have barely scratched the surface of your art. It is not even close to becoming adept at it. In Asia the masters there see a student that has attained his black belt as someone that is now ready to really learn the style. My suggestion to you is if you are only interested in getting a black belt, why bother? It does not mean that you can defend yourself. It is the first big step towards really learning the style. So if you go back go back to stay and really achieve something.

...

If you want to then do it! Talk to your instructors and together you guys can figure out how much you need to remember, maybe move you down a few belts and re-learn. It will take work. It takes work to get to black belt without taking a 4 year break between. If you want to do it you really need to stick with it! practice practice practice. Black belt takes time and there is even more to learn after.
