Should I take up Kickboxing or Judo?

Por que no los dos?

Both of them are good and complimentary to each other. If you can learn both it would be ideal. If not, I'd look for an MMA gym where you can learn Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu so that you still get a mix of striking and grappling.

If it's going to be ONLY one, then just pick what you think would be more fun. They're both practical and good exercise.

Kickboxing will be better exercise and anger management. Judo will develop you more as a person. They're about as good for self-defence.

I'd go Judo out of those two options.

Try Tae Bo, you learn to kick and punch plus get some exercise.

Take MMA dude. Let all your anger out on the heavy bag. Lift heavy weights too.

you should get a f-ucking life :) just a suggestion P.S hi Zack

I'm 14 years old, i'm about 5'11 and I weigh about 70kg. I'm looking to start one of these as recently i've been losing control of my temper at school, and my hope is this will be a sufficient way to exert any possible anger I may have stored up from my time at school.

I like the idea of the more flashy kicks and punches of Kickboxing, but Judo seems like it would be more practical. Finally, I realise both will help my fitness but will one help me more than the other?

Thanks for your answers.
