Should I join a boxing or Taekwondo?

Both Boxing and Taekwondo have a lot to offer. Choose boxing if you want to improve your hand/punching techniques and Taekwondo if you want to improve your kicks. 'ksnake10' mentioned Boxing is the "sweet science" 'Yes,' indeed for hand techniques but for kicks I believe there is non better than Taekwondo. IMHO Taekwondo is better overall for self defense, discipline, respect. Most important is to pick a good place to train in. No matter the form of discipline you choose, boxing or Taekwondo. A good school/place should teach you to be open minded in regards to what else is out there available that may also work and willing to take it on board. Some Taekwondo training centres may teach you ground defense and a bit of grappling or even throws & take downs, I have never come across a boxing gym offering anywhere near that.

Continue with kickboking.. you don't have to take on other arts to be good at one art. To be good at a particular art practice that art!!! If you have lot of time, practice kickboxing at home.. do some research and learn it well.

Boxing is the "sweet science" and it's far more realistic for learning to defend yourself than most taekwondo. In boxing you also get to spar much sooner than you do in taekwondo.

B-b-boxing! Realistic training, defense and fast tip top offense

join tae kwon do you will learn respect and to be a way better fighter

I play kickboxing and I want to improve my skills, I go the gym 3 times a week so I still have 4 days left and alot of freetime, which one should I join?

My boxes and kicks are just normal neither strong nor weak, Idk which one should i improve that would be helpful in fights.
