Should I get this standing punching bag ?

If you are a kid (under 10) it will be OK. If you are a teen or an adult you are wasting your money. It's too light weight and tips over too easily to get a good work out.

All I got was the main page so I really don't know what bag you are talking about. But...

A free-stand can be just as good as the standard bags. Some like the XL BOBS can weigh up to 300 lbs, are adjustable, sturdy, and one can truly practice precision striking. But they are expensive, and some kicks like a simple side kick, front kick/snap, etc, will knock it over. And is you are packing serious power even a stepping palm fist or right.

But like another said, most are very light, made for "Zumba or Women's Quote on Quote Kickboxing". Weigh about 100 lbs, weak base, easily knocked over, etc.

Your choice. I bought myself a BOB XL bc it is very heavy, easily adjustable, easily stored, sturdy, can practice precision striking, and can handle the constant abuse I throw at it. Most bags I get, even "high end" don't last me long.

I suppose it's all about preference.

Stand up bags aren't as good as a standard heavy bag, but they can be ok provided you make a few adjustments to it. Don't fill the base with water or sand as the stand will start to leak after a few uses. Fill it with landscaping pebbles or cement. You'll get the standing weighing over 100lbs, but even weighing that much a good front kick or side kick will knock it down. Still good for hand strikes and round kicks though.

I've decided to buy a punching bag to lose some weight,i found this standing punching bag is this worth buying ?
