No. No you shouldn't.
1) belts do mean a damn thing in a street fight.
2) Leave the younger kid alone.
If I was in grade 8 and saw you fight a grade 5, I would kick your @ss.
5th grade & brown belt? Probably in the worthless tae kwon do, just wait for him to kick (that is all they do) tackle him, mount him and start punching

Find out where he trains and bring this up with his instructor. Any instructor that is worth a darn will not put up with his students acting that way.

I'm 8th grader and he's a 5th grader. I have no fighting experience. I wouldn't have asked this question if he had stopped being a total jerk to me. An example of this is when he told me, "I'm sorry for calling you names earlier, but I only tell the truth". I don't want to get into a fight because he's a brown belt and I don't like fights (I've never been in one). Two options: Should I fight him or tell his parents about this?
