try them out one by one
don't rely on strangers telling u what to do
sometimes even your friends are jealous
just make sure in the end
u take your vitamins train and say your prayers
and ull be fine
do the one you like best.. don't take to many at once you will only get confused.. being in shape doesn't mean much in martial arts.. being limber helps more then any thing ..
Learn to speak manner.
Lucky for me there are alot of classes i can choose from where i live. The following are krav maga, boxing, taekwondo, karate, Brazilian jijitsu, wrestling and an mma gym. Could i attend them all on a daily basis or do them one by one? also I am 18 and in excellent shape is this a good age for me to start martial arts?
