Negative effects of using large amounts of chi energy?

This is very, very dangerous.

You could end up with reduced resistance to common infections, a growth disorder, lesions to the brain, reduced sexual capacity, personality and mood changes and an inability to react to things properly.

Follow these steps to make sure you don't end up like this.

1. Take the splint out of your mouth.

2. Extinguish it.

3. Throw it away.

4. Never smoke weed again.

Sounds crazy I'm guna search it

need to know to use chi, after all is energy of spirit.

"the force is strong in this one."

For the past 7 months I have been learning about/playing around with chi energy. As of right now, I am focusing on the manipulation of external objects without physical contact. When I first started, I could move leaves, heat up objects, and give and take energy from people unfamiliar with chi energy, without touching them or telling them, and they notice. As of right now I can move larger objects (5 pounds and up) around on the floor for a couple minutes at a time. As you can imagine, this requires massive amounts of energy, which I do have (I am very good at gauging how much energy I have, and I can use it wisely.) The problem is that, I find when I use large amounts of chi energy, I start to experience many alarming physical problems, like: Nosebleeds, (which I have never had before) fatigue, vomiting, (part blood) migraines, and extreme fevers, (104 degrees f is the highest) and the most alarming symptom is, the palm of my right hand feels like it is melting, and it gets very mushy and hot on the palm.) I am not using more energy than I have, so here are my questions 1: Can Using large amounts of chi energy harm the body 2: If not, what is causing this 3: if this is possible, what can I do to reverse the damage to my right hand, and to prevent this from happening in the future 4: have any of you ever heard of something like this happening before?

If it makes any difference in what I should do, my age is 13. Thanks for your input.
