Mma or boxing?

Try both and see which one you like best.

No martial art is more effective than the other. It depends on who's using it; a sumo wrestler would be damn good at sumo, but would suck at boxing.

You may think you'd do well with boxing or MMA, but it may turn out that submission wrestling is what suits you the most.

All I'm saying is, it doesn't hurt to try a range of things before picking what you like.

Real MMA would be more effective than just boxing. However, if the instructor said the class was mostly BJJ (which is a great martial art and an essential part of MMA) with "a bit of stand up," then--in that program--you'd probably be better off with boxing.

i want to do a martial art that will help me fight in real life i already do krav maga but i want to do a martial sportso i checked out the mma clud and the instructur said his class was mostly bjj with a bit of stand up but i want to learn how to fight so i thought boxing but i havent checked it out yet but i really enjoyed the first class of mma but i dont know hope fully you guys can help thks
