I assume you mean straps. Alternate days and for excercises you use them for. If your pulling heavy weight at the end of a workout they help you get the extra pounds in if your hands are already fatigued.

Pretty sure sure KW doesn't know what you're referencing. Just don't rely on them too much. Carrying that weight in your hands is very beneficial. Of course you can work your hand strength separately but why not kill 2 birds with one stone.

I don't see how not using grips is unbeneficial. Without grips u are just adding calluses to your already rough hands.

Do Deadlifts, Barbell Rows, Chin-Ups/Pull-Ups

So i once read you should NOT use lifting grips because u lose your grip (for mma) but if i grip train with the squeezers things n other grip work n do most of my lifting without them would it be ok? Itd use it for like really heavy/ last sets
