Martial art mental state. Untrained mind?

You can't self train and develop any real skill and understanding of martial arts. The other problem is shown clearly in your comments when you state that you know what you are doing and how to counter everything you know. Those are the words of someone that "thinks" they know what they are ding. So next are you going to tell us your understanding of what you do came to you in a dream?

Those here that know nothing may buy into what you are saying. Those that have legitimate training and have been around a while know you are totally lost and on a road that goes nowhere and leads to no skills or satisfaction. IF you really want to become skilled and knowledgeable in a martial art, you need to stop thinking you know what is what and go train with someone that actually does.

My comments may seem harsh, but they are here to get you to stop wasting your time. Either go train properly or quit.

Find a legit instructor to teach you.

If you trained yourself you're probably not a huge threat to anyone.

You can't learn martial arts by yourself

I doubt the validity of this question

You actually might just need a therapist or, if that sounds crappy, try buying books on shaolin training. They practice a thing called "Chi", which represents harnessing your body's energy with meditation and relaxing of the body and mind. This could become immediate harnessing without long sessions of mediation with practice. It's like rapid mediation.

Training the mind is a difficult thing cause if you remember more things you don't want to know.

Martial arts is being good to people and leading by example for others to follow. Martial arts is helping folks, making the right choices for yourself, promoting peace and love.

looks like you need a good shrink and plenty of medication instead of martial arts

See a psychiatrist.

get off the roids

they can be detrimental in the long run

I've been self training in martial arts and all sorts of hand to hand combat techniques but every time I do it I feel so frustrated and angry. Every move I make turns into something else making my body becoming more confused. I'm not stupid, I understand every move I make and how to counter them, even when I'm walking my mind goes into a day dream state thinking about ways to prevent people from attacking, after that a sudden burst of energy fill my entire body and I become enraged, clenching my fist so hard my heart beats strong and flows to my head making my vision blurry for a few secs. Someone tell me what I need to do, so I don't black out and hurt someone by accident.
