Marine vs MMA fighter (Street fight)?

Bruce sounds like a D-bag, and I would hope your brother would win and I would cheer for him per se.

But I'm with AKABN, I would bet on the MMA fighter bc they usually train longer. But:

At 17 yrs old? That would make Bruce an amateur.

Also "true" mma fighters start at 18. Legal adult age.

It's hard to say. If Bruce started training at say 13, then he has 4 yrs, even a year is better than a few weeks, but I think Bruce's ego is too big for his body. I don't think he's as good as he thinks he his.

1. The better more skilled fighter will win. Period.

That being said, I would bet my money on the MMA fighter. Though marines learn hand to hand combat and technique to kill the enemy, it's very basic and training doesn't last long. Most MMA fighters have been training for 5 yrs. Pro MMA fighters like GSP for example, nearly their whole life.

So...

Few week training in Hand to Hand Combat

or

5 to 20 yr in MMA?

No one can tell you what's going to happen with real violence. However, chances are...Bruce will not be so bold when he meets Logan in real life.

E nine technique is for Marine Sequa martial operative you will never learn unless you have GRAND ACCESS.

I'm kind of getting sick and tired of these type of questions....

My older brother Logan, whom is 24 years old is a Marine just came back temporarily as a vacation. He's very strong physically. However, my friend Bruce whom is 17 years old is trained in MMA and was a state-champion.

I told him about my brother's dedication and loyalty to be a Marine and how he took care of our family. However, Bruce is extremely arrogant and thought he could take Logan in a fight 1on1. Why does he want to harm my brother so much? My brother did nothing and I feel like my brother is a warrior to us.

Logan has never had martial arts experience but does bodyweight training involving plyometrics and cardiovascular endurance training, he never lifts weights but he is still unbelievably strong and muscular. I've told Logan and he plans on pressing charges against Bruce if he tries anything but what if he gets caught alone?

Who would have the upper-hand in a fight? A four year marine or a two year MMA fighter?
