everyone should take creatine, even your entire family.
Creatine is helpful for building muscle if YOU LIFT WEIGHTS. By itself it doesn't do much except help you retain water.
Also don't use a premixed as creatine breaks down and becomes useless fairly quickly. Instead use a high quality powder and mix it right before use.
You may, I've seen some of my fellow ROTC cadets use creatine and get bigger, though they still lacked superb fitness. Personally I think supplements like creatine is the cheap way and cheats yourself.
Ask your doctor. Only he/she can say if it is ok for YOU. Everyone is different.
I've head mixed opinions about this. I'm not trying to lose weight I'm already in good shape. Would I benefit from this? Or would it make me dehydrated like I've heard it will?
