You have to abstain to do chi kung but qi gong is lower or towards chi kung.

I'm interested in learning qi gong but do not have the money or transport to learn it at a studio..I'm looking more towards martial qi gong which is using chi to strengthen the muscles and tendons for fighting..not like the old lady kind...I would like to learn it online free so if anyone knows a good free site to learn it or some good videos with techniques and info.. Thank you
