Go running every day and do a lot of toughness conditioning. Hard sparring right up until about two weeks out then just cardio to let your body rest and recover.

Hi Im 14 and have been martial arts for about a year and a half now. My teacher just asked me if I wanted to fight in Kyokushin Karate tournament in March. I said yes and now I'm wondering what should I do to prepare myself. It would be awesome if you could recommend some fitness exercises I could do at home to prepare myself. The fight usually lasts about 2 mins but draws extend it by a minute so I want to build up stamina so I can last.
Some personal info: I'm about 5'4 and weigh at 70kg
