Goju is very good Okinawan karate though, if the instruction is good.
You would need to watch the class to determine that..
Only a person from the school can tell you this.
Goju Ryu is my art but I have never hear of this school.
They would have to show you their lineage to accurately know.

I'm thinking about doing karate again (I done taekwondo forms few years), and the type is KOKORO KAI GOJU. I've never heard of this and what it includes...
What is this form of karate and what are some of the strikes/hits/kicks etc that are in it? Would it be a good type of karate to do?
