Is there a ninjutsu camp?

They have those. Sadly a large majority are taught by fraud teachers and it would be a waste of time. From what I have learned, researched, and seen if the word "Ninjutsu Camp" appears, avoid it. Avoid it like the plague.

To be honest, as much as I love the martial art of ninjutsu, there are just too many fraud teachers. I would recommend you taking Muay Thai, Kyokushin, Judo, LEGIT Kajunkenbo, etc.

You just run the risk of being heartbroken when it comes to ninjutsu.

Don't get me wrong, there are still very good ninjutsu schools and teachers in the world, but when it comes to "camps", no, no, no! Stay away!.

Hopefully, you will find what you are looking for.

But as I say, if you learn crap, you will fight like crap.

I have not heard of Ninjutsu camps but I have heard of other Martial Arts day camps (usually put on by specific dojos). They are usually pretty expensive, so you may be better off saving now and getting a membership at a dojo for a few months. If they allow, pay month to month or in a three month block.

I agree with AKBAN. There are many fraudulent Ninjutsu or Ninpo dojos out there. If they have Ninja, Ninjutsu, or Ninpo in the name be very skeptical. The name you should be looking for is Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu (mentioned later). "Ninjutsu" does not mean they are fake, but you need to make sure they are not a bunch of cosply fanatics, that know some martial arts, and want to run around the woods in black pajamas.

As mentioned, the name you want to look for is Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu (or variation of). If the dojo's name does not have a variation of this, it should at least be mentioned in their literature. This does not truly safeguard against fakes, but is the more legitimate modern name for what is referred to as Ninjutsu.

I again must agree with AKBAN on looking into other martial arts. "Ninjutsu" is popularized in movies and anime and has a mystical aura around it. However in reality, many of the actual fighting/defense techniques you find in Ninjutsu, you will also find in Jujitsu, Aikido, Karate, Judo, etc. Even non-Japanese forms will have similar techniques like Tae Kwon Do and the different Kung Fu disciplines. I would suggest looking for a martial art discipline and dojo you will enjoy training in. Look around your area and visit several to get a feel for them. If you find a Ninjutsu dojo that is good, so be it. If not, find another type you will like.

Neah you need to learn Kick boxing or Kajukenbo.
