Fighters tend to hype up their matches in order to garner more interest. Jackson and Lawal are two fighters in particular who are known for being very flamboyant and charismatic, taking some of their cues from pro wrestling. They probably don't like each other very much, certainly not at this juncture where one of them will be costing the other money by beating him, and I'm sure they believe their statements about wanting to knock the other guy out. Everything else, though, is probably "turned up to 11". How they interact when they DON'T have a fight coming up between them would probably be a better indicator of how they really feel. Right now, it pays to make as much noise possible.
