It is fine to start at 15, honestly you will be far from the oldest. lots of people start older than that.
The only people who really start at 4 years old are the people who come from ma families or people whose parents pushed them into it at a young age. Most people start much older.

No any age is acceptable. I know many people that start in their late twentys age isn't a problem
