Indigenous Filipino unarmed combat martial arts?

Well there is always escrima. It teaches fast strikes and joint locks. It's one of the primary martial arts from the Philippines. It has armed but also unarmed and teaches transitions between the forms.

I also remember one called mongoose. It is about rapid punches that use a lot of forearm strength. They don't use a lot of heavy moves to add body weight they just keep punching. They also have something similar to boxing slips. So instead of blocking they move their heads quickly to avoid hits while they keep punching. I saw almost no kicks but they do throw them in here and there on slow opponents.

The Philippines have many different unarmed martial arts. Three popular styles that come to mind are Panantukan (boxing), Pananjakman (kickboxing) and Dumog (wrestling).

This guy would know -

Are there any martial arts in the Philippines that focuse mostly on unarmed combat with upper body striking aside from yaw yan?

the only one I can think of is sikaran but thats mostly with your feet and legs where else theres something called suntukan but thats more of a name for anything thats a brawl rather than an actual fighting system like say judo.
