Martial Law is when a state of emergency is declared over a city, state, or country, and the military is dispatched to ensure the peace and law abidance. It is a time when civil law is suspended and military jurisdiction is supplanted in it's place.

In martial law would you participate in the annual (8-ten year of certification in any martial art) of martial law

mean picking one or two new black belts

forcing someone to know why you should never be anything cause you wont understand someone that belittles you your whole mind
