If you parents won't let you , you can't do anything. Unless you have a big brother that is +18 and can manage your inscription and pay for you but your chances are tight.

I've wanted to take a Martial Arts class for a few years and my parents won't let me. I'm a 14 year old boy who lives about 20 minutes away from a school and have no way to get to class and I don't think my parents want to pay for classes
