I want to get stronger physically...?

Both sports are physically demanding. But I'd recommend muay thai. Because in muay thai you learn how to fight using a all points of the body also you learn how to control your opponent in the clinch and how to defend. You can easily defend your self.

I'm not sure what this question is about, so I'm just gonna cover the basics. Go with Muay Thai. You have a background in kickboxing, so that will help more so than taekwondo. If you want to get stronger, pick up boxing. The training is rigorous and will make you as strong as you can be. Muay Thai has less emphasis on punches, so boxing will help you with self defense, like Muay Thai.

If you are looking to be strong in horseplaying you are fooling yourself. There are things that you simply can't do to your friends when horseplaying, that I would expect anybody to do if they were defending themselves, like gouging someone's eyes, scratching, biting grabbing anything within reach and hitting them with it as hard as you can. Even intentionally punching a friend in the nose during horseplaying is unacceptable in my opinion. And if you learned joint locks to use them in horseplaying is asking for somebody getting seriously hurt if they move the wrong way and you are tearing their joint up. That is a serious injury that is permanent. You really want to use this on your friends? I guarantee you if you do, it won't be long before you will not have any more friends. Your friends IF they truly are your friends should understand this. So in any horseplaying situation you will be at a disadvantage if you are smaller and not very strong and are trying to measure yourself to bigger and stronger people. That's really what horseplaying is. It is not self defense.

By all means learn self defense so you can protect yourself but not to use on your friends to show off during horseplaying.

BTW sports martial art is not self defense either regardless of what some people on here say.

p90x if you want to get stronger p90x and pull up bar get some dumbbells . get some whey protein and creation and do some cardio like swimming boxing , running and then there you go

I am a short girl, i am only fifteen, i workout, mostly to get stronger, but looks like my petite figure has the best on my strength.

I am strong mentally but i am tired of being weak physically, sometimes i can break objects like nothing, sometimes when i defend myself (from friends playing with me) i can't stand up to them, and even if it's only for "play" it makes me feel demoralized (my friends don't molest me sexually lol, we just kinda fight each other); although i can't say that i am totally weak, it's just sometimes i feel like i could not defend myself?

I am planning to start doing either Taekwondo or Muay thai, i used to do Kick-boxking so i know some basics. But i need any tips, to know how to defend myself, and to be more confident about my strength. I know i can be stronger than this.
