get someone to hold you upside down for a while, throwup, and then youll know next time you won't throw up cuz u won't be up as long
I have been practicing my handstands and I can do them, the only problem is that I am scared of TURNING upside down. When I am on my hands(upside down) I am fine but it usually takes me a few tries to get up because of my fear of turning upside down. How can I get over my fear?
