If you really want to hit somebody, you have to talk smack back to them. If they ***** out, problem solved. If they try to attack, attack back (They attacked first), if they try to square up to you either 1) Push them back (Preferable) or hit them with a strong body/liver blow (Does Kickboxing teach that? I assume so).
Hi I need to know how I can bring scared of actuslly fighting in real situation
I am a kickboxer and am very good in sparring and one of the best at my club. But when it comes to street fighting or starting a fight with someone that is making me angry I am quite scared to do so?
Is there anything I can do to maybe get more angry or grow the b*lls to hit somebody messing with me
