Since you chose not to disclose why you are mad, all that we can tell you to do is turn the other cheek; let it go. By attacking someone in retribution - even only once - is enough to get you into a lot of trouble. Even at 13, you really don't want legal problems. Here in the US, your actions can get you barred from things that other people take for granted, and you can even be forcibly institutionalized. Your family can be held accountable for your actions, and can be sent to jail and pay their debt to society with their freedom, or they can be fined. Either way, it can be significant enough to break up a family depending on the results of your actions. You could be labelled a bully, and your friends may alienate you; even if they don't, or don't want to, their parents may forbid them from hanging out with you.
Your actions always have consequences. Sometimes, those consequences may not be evident until days, weeks, or even years later. Sometimes, those consequences can last for days, weeks, or years. Some never go away.
At 13, life is challenging you to hardships that will only get worse as you get older if you do not handle them well.
If they attack you and you defend yourself but stop when the threat is over, it's self defense.
If you attack them, it's assault and you will be charged.
If words won't help, learn how to use your words better.

Yes you can be charged by the police.
1 you can break your knuckle
2 you might kill him
3 you might miss and fall head first
4 he could dodge and hit you back
5 if he is trained he could kick your ass
I'm not going into detail but I'm so pissed off at someone that words won't help...
IF I hit them once or twice, maybe 3 times and they called the police, how would that go down? Would I get arrested or charged..
