How to tell if someone is a poser?

This whole situation is so off base that I don't know where to stand. Either you are lying, OR you are seriously confused about the martial arts and their purpose. If you were my student, I would take you aside and explain things to you once and clearly. If you persist in thinking you should be fighting challenge fights, you would be expelled immediately.

Posers are common and of no concern of yours. Ignore them. And get your head on right. You have no business fighting challenges. If these are happening then you are acting in a way to attract them. The whole attitude is one that shows a problem with your self confidence and respect for the martial arts in general. The martial arts were designed for life threatening situations, not sport or sparring to boost your ego.

...

What is the first thing they taught you in martial arts? You are carrying weapons and will be charged like you had one. You got to turn the other cheek and ignore the talk. Unless YOU like spending time in jail. The purpose of martial arts is for protection not aggression. You got to change your attitude. They can sue you. They will win in the courts too.

You are using what you are trained in the wrong way. Martila arts are for self-defense and not for what you are doing. There are reasons why everyone is insisting on martial arts for self-defense. Think about them.

What you are doing is illegal and has no relation to martial arts in any single way. If you were one of my students i would have banned you from my academy and contacted all the other academies to make sure you couldn't get in there.

Fighting is not a game, its a real life or death situation. you are making a mockery of it and you are likely to end up in prison where you will really get to test your skills.

If somebody walks into a dojo and throws down the gauntlet then gets hurt they should be laughed at.

Not your problem if they can't handle themselves, if you see they don't know what they are doing just go a little easier on them, no need to destroy them man lol, but you shouldn't get in trouble for it regardless especially if they are the braggarts

Someone who knows how to fight doesn't brag about knowing how to fight. People who act tough in street fights do that because they want to scare you because they know they can't fight.

We shall not understand those kind must I tell how so ever.

Yeah I just want to know if there is a way to tell if someone really knows how to fight and if they are just flexing cause I've trained martial arts for three years now along with intense physical conditioning and when a guy at the gym or in the quad says he wants to fight and people talk about how he can beat me up I take it seriously. For the purpose of getting stronger I accept any and all challenges and sometimes we have a good spar and I learn a lot but other times it's just some guy who doesn't know what he is doing and I've seriously hurt two of them now and keep getting into trouble for it. So is there anyway to tell before hand?
