Raise your arm high above the head so your chest is all stretched and take a deep breath in. Hurts like h@!! but recovery is quicker like if you are in a fight and can't take time out for a minute or two.
Sometimes I will take a student who has gotten hit and lift them up to get more stretch in the chest or if I can't lift them bend them backwards a bit to catch their breath.

does it just heal itself or do you have to do some breathing?
