i need some engineering help (plans). i want to make a stand like http://www.tko.com/products/images/3683/522CHBS-01.jpg that but the bag will be 5-6 feet and i'm going to use it for Muay Thai training (hard kicks) so it needs to withstand the kicks.
im going to use it on our roof deck that is open so i cant just hang the bag.
