I personally think you can start now. I've seen kids in Thailand starting at as young as 5-6. But it doesn't matter what I think.

Depends on where you live. Honestly i have seen kids as young as 3year old learning in Thailand. I have seen my nephew begin Muay Thai at 10 years of age. I have also seen places that require you to be 16 years old.

Hello,I'm going to be 14 years old in september and i asked my MA teacher about Muya Thai, he told me that when i will grow up a little and my bones will be harder,he will teach me Muya Thai. How old I must be to start Muay Thai? And is it dangerous(I don't mind full contact sparring) just not breaking bones. And is it effective in a street fight(not ground fight).

P.S My sensei is the leader of Georgian MMA Federation. He teaches us Shotokan karate right now.
