There really isn't a set path to UFC, but here's the path I'd suggest. Join a well known gym with a UFC fighter. If they gym has connections with UFC already it'll be easier for them to suggest you to them or get noticed by them. Train in MMA physically getting used to the intensity level and the rules. Do amateur fights and get ready to go pro. Do Pro fights and build record. If you do well as a pro then you'll move up promotions. With a great record in good promotions, entertaining fight style, and from a known gym, the UFC will likely pick you up. But joining a gym like that might cost you a bit. Unless you have a great job that pays well and doesn't demand a lot of hours, I would start out in smaller mma gym and train a bit before moving into a well known gym as mentioned. Since we are on the topic of jobs. You won't be able to live off of MMA for a long time. So try to get a nationwide job that will teach you a skill as part of that job that you can advance your career in. This way you'll get paid better later to pay for the well known gym and you'll be able to trasfer into that gym's area.

At this point i have a solid foundation on martial arts. Now i want to get into MMA and the UFC but how do approach this?
