How can a scrawny kid became a badass?

Most MMA fighters are lean. Being thin is an asset as a fighter because it is easier to develop stamina. Do you ever notice that the heavyweights are noticeably more exhausted at the end of a 5 round fight, than welterweights, lightweights, or bantamweights are? The less body mass you have, the less oxygen you consume, and the less effort your heart has to exert to pump blood, so the less tired you feel from expending energy. Weighing less contributes to developing and maintaining endurance.

If you want to put on mass in spite of what I have said, then take in mind that you're a hard-gainer. In addition to eating the right foods, and taking supplements, you should follow a powerlifter's weight training regimen to put on mass and build strength. That means lifting heavy weights with very few reps per set. You might start with 4 reps per set and lift to where you can only do 3 reps of a given set, then 2, then finally you max out at 1 rep. This will force your muscles to recruit the greatest number of muscle fibers and therefore build muscle.

Like everyone else is saying. If you want to be a badass. You'll want to take martial arts class, and build technique and skill. TECHNIQUE always trumps muscle. And I've had this proven to me, a lot.

You can start doing Boxing or Mixed Martial Arts. You may not become the biggest but no one will be able to mess with you. Technique & skill beats muscle TRUST me.

Just keep lifting. I was a scrawny kid for years, even with lifting constantly, then puberty hit full swing. I put on 30 pounds in a couple of months, with a ton of muscle mass. If you keep working out, and eat least somewhat healthy, you'll eventually put on muscle mass. Just keep at it :)

The fact you put this question in the martial arts section suggests you already know the answer.

weight liftiing and weight gain formula drinks and high protein diet.

I'm not very strong. I lose in mostly all arm wrestlers (even though that doesn't test strength). When I pushed I always fall back. When someone punches me is always hurts.

I want to be like Brock Lesnar or someone with huge biceps. I eat some protein and lift 20 pound db's every other day, but no cigar. Basically, I want EVERYTHING bigger. Biceps, Triceps, Height, Weight, chest, legs, etc.
